About the Role
Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually engaging and brand-consistent materials, including website graphics, social media visuals, reels, videos, email templates, and marketing collateral.
Assist in the development of design concepts and mock-ups for various digital and print projects.
Create and optimize images, icons, and illustrations for use across our software interfaces and marketing materials.
Help maintain and update our brand guidelines to ensure consistency in design across all platforms.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and solutions for design challenges.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies to continuously improve our visual content.
Work closely with other team members to meet project deadlines and objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including digital and print materials.
Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback effectively.
Basic knowledge of web design principles and UX/UI design is a plus.
Passion for sports, particularly cricket, is a bonus.
